Realtors / Foreclosure service AMPM Locksmith Inc is offering 24/7personal services for realtors in the San Diego and Orange County areas. This unique service was developed by AMPM Locksmith to assist realtors handle their foreclosed properties and help themsave time completing certain scheduled procedures such as lock changes, master key systems, sheriff evictions and much more. All these services were put in place not only to save you time on preparing a property, but to allow you to show and publish all your specific property without leaving the office. Below is a step by step outline of our unique realtor services: - The real-estate agent needs to complete an account application with all the necessary agency information (this process can be done by e-mail or fax). - The property address and information on requested task shall be forwarded by phone or e-mail.(reo@ampmlocks mith.net) - Trained foreclosure locksmith technicians will be dispatched to the property within 24 hours unless specified otherwise. - All technicians will follow guidelines instructed in the work order. - The technician will open the door with as minimal damage to the lock as possible (locks will be picked a majority of time to open the property). - Technician will change the key combination to all exterior doors and will leave a new key set in a lock box, outside the property. - Technician will secure all entries and side doors to all the properties. - All Property can be set to specific key codes required by the bank or agency - E-mail sent upon completion of the work order
